EXCHANGES

Please read the exchange conditions before ordering.

You have the possibility to exchange your corset if the size does not fit.

Only corsets are exchangeable!
The corsets on pre-order, limited edition or sale are not exchangeable.

For hygienic reasons, buttock lifts, overalls and thong bodysuits are not exchangeable.

• Exchanges can be made in the store or by mail.
• Requests for exchanges should be sent to: info@the8shape.com.
• You have 15 days to make an exchange
• The corset must not have been worn (clean and new, straight underwire)
• Labels and pouches must have been kept
• The customer will have to pay the totality of the shipping costs (outward AND return).
• All exchanges must be sent to the store address:

• We can also offer an unlimited credit note on all our products.

We do not make any refunds.

The 8 Shape reserves the right to refuse the exchange of an item that appears to have been worn, damaged or if it is dirty or without the original packaging.
